Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) was a model and actress from India who primarily was seen in Hindi films. Ayesha Azmi was awarded the Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for her starring part of the title role in Taarzan The Wonder Car. This was also her first acting role. The actress then appeared in films that were a hit, such as Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in the commercial for Complan, the popular healthy drink. Shahid Kapoor was her co-star in their famous I'm Complan man"I'm Complan gal commercial. Her performance in the remixed hit song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin came not unnoticed. The song's popularity across India throughout its remix phase made her famous. In the following months, she was receiving offers for Bollywood movies. Takia had to wait until Takia was a star before she was aware of Taarzan, the Wonder Car. Takia originally was planning to make an appearance on screen in Socha Na Tha. But delays in production caused delay. Ayesha displayed moral courage in criticizing her politician husband Abu Azmi, a Samajwadi Party politician. She declared publicly that she was vegan, when she was in a PETA India advert. The year 2006 saw her named among the Most Popular Indian women. Ayesha Takia's cheeks are swollen with large lips, as well as wide eyes, which suggests she was a plastic surgeon.
